Quite often, it takes a bit of time to go from a place of “Not Happy with Life” to the desired place of “Living the Dream”- this is simply part of life - if it was as easy as just visualising it, then everyone would be doing it right?
The trick is to stop focusing on what makes us unsatisfied/stressed/unhappy in life, and to begin to focus on the things that bring us joy/fulfillment/and a sense of moving forward.
Bringing about significant change in life takes three essential things:
One hour a day, over a 4-6 month period is a huge 120-180 hours of Focused, Consistent, Passionate work toward achieving your dreams. And all you have to do is make very small changes to find 60 minutes in your day.
What we can aim for right now, is to begin to bring more of the “Life of our dreams”into your life today, by making small changes in the way we currently do things, and substituting unproductive habits, with more productive ones. The goal is to open up opportunities in your life to actualise your dream future, making the journey a quicker, and more enjoyable one.
